• Easter week
  Year 4 used hama beads to make Easter designs.
• Sharing vocabulary
  The children have been preparing their ideas for writing a persuasive letter. They have built up their vocabulary to help them.
• Line Drawing
  Year 4 is learning about the artist, Ruth Allen, this half term. The children are showing a lot of focus with their artwork.
• Red Nose Day Cupcakes
  Yum, yum. Some of us have bought cupcakes to raise money for Red Nose Day. They are delicious!
• Red Nose Day Challenges
  We have been very active today, completing the different activities. Some of the challenges included a nose and spoon race and counting how many times we could throw the nose in the basket.
• Visiting an 'art gallery'
  We are learning about the artist, Ruth Allen, this half term. The children walked around the 'gallery' and discussed what they noticed about each of her pieces.
• Working hard
  The children have been busy in maths this week, learning about fractions. They have used a range of resources to find equivalent fractions.
• Working together
  Year 4 has shown great cooperation in reading sessions. The children have generated questions about their class reader, 'The Wizards of Once'.
• Welcome back
  It has been so lovely to see the children back in school this week. They have certainly enjoyed seeing their friends again.
• Christmas Decorations in 4.3
  4.3 have been busy making these wonderful snowmen to decorate their classroom and our breakout space. Don't they look cool!
